A Slice of Life

So this is my first blog post and I am quite excited about this new journey. The last few months have been crazy and challenging and fun and everything in between. From getting out of the corporate world to enter the world of entrepreneurship, transitioning from my passion for hoteliering to another passion for photography, it’s been some ride. And now, after much procrastination and over thinking etc. finally my own blog. 

In todays world that is filled with Blogs, what do I write about this was the obvious question in my mind. Obviously, having been a Chef most of my working life and now being a full time food photographer, writing about food is kind of a no brainer. So food it will be. However, I will try and keep it as varied and interesting as possible – from Grandmas’ home recipes to what chefs cook for themselves, from nutritional pointers to latest trends in the food scene, from amazing local restaurants to tips on some great party ideas.

And along the way, I hope that you will enjoy this journey as much as I intend to. It will after all be a slice of my life and I hope a tasty one at that.
